Russell “Russ” Chasey Musgrove, 79, Farmland, IN passed away Saturday evening, November 25, 2017 at his residence, with loving family by his side. He was born October 4, 1938 in Stearns, KY the son of Alvis and Margaret (West) Musgrove.
Russ retired as a self-employed truck driver and contractor. He enjoyed spending his leisure time gardening and enjoying the outdoors. He most enjoyed his grandchildren.
Russ leaves to cherish his memory four sons, Christopher Musgrove (wife, Krista Brouse) of Winchester, IN, Jason Musgrove (wife, Susan) of Chandler, AZ, Chasey and Anthony Musgrove, both of Farmland, IN; two daughters, Bonnie Lynn Brown and Arjayla Musgrove, both of Muncie, IN; a brother, Brent Musgrove of the Philippines; a sister, Dorothy “Dot” Mosco; seven grandchildren, Kyle and Morgan Brown, Dean and Lauren Musgrove, Easton, Greyson and Britton Musgrove; many other grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and loving wife, Bonita; and a daughter.
A service to celebrate Russ’s life will be 2 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2017 at Thornburg Memorial Chapel of Parker City, IN. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery of Maxville, IN.
