David Michael Pugh, 75, of Farmland, IN passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 16, 2018 at Parker Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center of Parker City, IN. He was born December 1, 1942 in Randolph County, IN the son of Eugene “Gene” and Iris (Hardesty) Pugh. He was a 1962 graduate of Winchester High School of Winchester, IN.
David retired in 1990 after more than 25 years as a Tow Motor Operator for Anchor Glass Inc. of Winchester, IN. He enjoyed spending his leisure time racing miniature horses.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife of 43 years, Linda (Bales) Pugh; two sons, Eric Pugh (wife, Sarah) of Parker City, IN and Kevin Pugh of Portland, IN; a daughter, Carrie Watson of Farmland, IN; five brothers, Larry Pugh (wife, Jackie) of Farmland, IN, Keith Pugh (wife, Suzanne) of Farmland, IN, Max Pugh (wife, Judy) of Williamson, NY, Richard Pugh of Richmond, IN and Francis Pugh of Ridgeville, IN; a sister, Kay Roberts (husband, Ned) of Franklin, TN; and a grandchild, Andi Watson of Farmland, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Charles Pugh.
A private graveside service will be held at the family’s discretion. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery of Maxville, IN. There will be no calling hours.
