To Jennie and Connie and all the family, we are so very sorry for your loss. Claude was the best neighbor, a wonderful friend, and a kind and generous man. He meant so much to my children and I. We will always cherish our memories of Claude. We will miss seeing Claude driving down the road on his tractor mowing the side ditches, or seeing him driving around looking at the crops or stopping in from time to time just to say hi. We will miss his wisdom and advice. He was the kind of friend and neighbor we all wish for. Several years ago, Claude gave me a White Oak tree out of his woods. Claude said just go cut down any tree you want and you can have it. We quartered sawed the White Oak, dried it and built a new pulpit for the new church Randolph Friends was building. This was possible because of Claude's generosity.

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
