Ethel Mae Woodbury passed away on Monday, October 9th at Bethel Point nursing home in Muncie In.  Ethel was a loving and gentle lady who always had a kind word and smile for everyone.

She was born on November 19th, 1924 to Allen and Ione (Driscoll) Benadum.    After graduation from Harrison High School, she attended Indiana Business School in Muncie, In.  She retired from Anchor Glass in Winchester, Indiana after 25+ years of service. 

Ethel was a loving and devoted mother and the most wonderful grandmother. She enjoyed traveling, camping, reading, antiquing, listening to country music, but more than anything she loved being involved and spending time with her family.

Ethel is survived by her children, Susan Acree (Larry), Orland, IN, Bernard Erwin (Marigrace) Deltona Fl, Step children, Phylis Ann Butall, Patsy Hensley, Jeff and Kevin Woodbury.  Grandchildren, Monica Acree, Alan Acree, Cody Acree, Charity Acree, Brett Erwin, Rodney Acree, Bart Erwin, Ashley Acree and Philip Erwin.  Sister, Susan Morgan and sister in-law Ramona Benadum.  Also surviving are her nieces and nephews, great grand-children and great-great grandchildren.

Ethel was proceeded in death by her parents, Allen and Ione Benadum, husband and father of her children, James Erwin, daughter, Verna Acree, siblings; Margaret Finley, John, Gene, Frank and Charles Benadum. Husbands, Pat Lykins and Jim Woodbury.

Per her wishes, cremation and graveside side services will be held.  A private service for family will be held at Hopewell Cemetery in Farmland In. Thornburg Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
